1- प्रस्तावना:-राष्ट्रीय एकता एक नैतिक व मनोवैज्ञानिक अवधारणा है। यह एक भावना है और राष्ट्र का एकीकरण करने वाली मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया है, जो रास्ट्र के निवासियों में भाईचारा तथा राष्ट्र के प्रति अपनेपन की जिज्ञासा जागृत करती है, और राष्ट्र को संगठित सशक्त बनाती है। राष्ट्रीय एकता के लिए भाषा, धर्म, जाति और संस्कृति की एकता आवश्यक नहीं होती और ना विविधता बाधक होती है, राष्ट्र एकता विविधता के बीच ही जन्म लेती है, फलती और फूलती है। हमारेआआ देश भारत एक एसा ही देश है,जहाँ विविधता में एकता पाई जाती है। अतः राष्ट्रीय एकता को परिभाषित करते हुए यह कहा जा सकता है कि राष्ट्रीय एकता राष्ट्र के निवासियों के हृदय की वह पवित्र भावना है,जो भूगोल, भाषा, धर्म, जाति, सम्प्रदाय, सभ्यता और संस्कृति में भिन्नता होते हुए भी उन्हें एकता के सूत्र में बांधकर देश को संगठित और सुदृढ़ बनाती है।

1- Preface:- National unity is a moral and psychological concept. It is a feeling and the psychological process of unifying the nation, which awakens the curiosity of brotherhood and belongingness towards the nation among the residents of Rastra, and makes the nation united and empowered. For national unity, unity of language, religion, caste and culture is not necessary and diversity is not a hindrance, national unity is born, flourishes and flourishes in the midst of diversity. Our own country India is the only country where unity in diversity is found. Therefore, while defining national unity, it can be said that national unity is that sacred feeling of the heart of the people of the nation, which, despite the difference in geography, language, religion, caste, sect, civilization and culture, keeps them united in the formula of unity. By tying it makes the country organized and strong.

2- राष्ट्रीय एकता की आवश्यकता:- प्रायः हम यह देखते हैं कि नव स्वतंत्र देशों को जी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है, वह राष्ट्रीय एकता ही है। राष्ट्रीय एकता राष्ट्र का प्राण है। जब राष्ट्रीय एकता टूटटी है राष्ट्र समाप्त हो जाता है। इसलिए यह उसका प्राण होती है,जब-जब हमारे यहाँ राष्ट्रीय एकता का अभाव हुआ, तब-तब हमें अपमानित होना पड़ा और हमारे देश को गुलामी का जीवन जीना पड़ा। पुनः जब हममे राष्ट्रीय चेतना जागी तो हम एक हुए, जिसके फलस्वरूप हमें आजादी मिली, सम्मान मिला और आज सम्पूर्ण दुनिया में हमारा गौरवपूर्ण स्थान है। इस प्रकार राष्ट्रीय एकता राष्ट्र की प्राणदायिनी शक्ति है और भारत जैसे विकासशील राष्ट्र के लिए इसकी आवश्यकता तो स्वयंसिद्ध है।

2- Need for National Integration:- We often see that the problem faced by newly independent countries is that of national unity. National unity is the lifeblood of the nation. When national unity is broken, the nation ends. Therefore it is his life, whenever we lacked national unity, then we had to be humiliated and our country had to live the life of slavery. Again when national consciousness was awakened in us, we were united, as a result of which we got freedom, we got respect and today we have a proud place in the whole world. Thus, national integration is the life-giving force of the nation and its need for a developing nation like India is axiomatic.

3- राष्ट्रीय एकता के अवरोधक तत्व:- हमे स्वतंत्र हुए 73 वर्ष बीत गये, परन्तु आज भी हम पूर्ण रूप से राष्ट्रीय एकता के सूत्र में नहीं बंध पाये। हमारे देश में साम्प्रदायिकता , भाषावाद, क्षेत्रीयता, जातिवाद आतंकवाद ऐसे तत्व हैं, जिनके द्वारा राष्ट्रीय एकता की भावना में अवरोध पैदा हो रहा है। देश में अनेक सम्प्रदायों के लोग रहते हैं, जो अपने को एक दूसरे से भिन्न और श्रेष्ठ समझते हैं। वे छोटी-छोटी बातों पर एक-दूसरे से लड़ते हैं।कभी-कभी उनकी लड़ाई बहुत उग्र रूप धारण कर जनजीवन को अस्त-व्यस्त कर देती है। इस प्रकार की साम्प्रदायिक भावना राष्ट्रीय एकता को विघटित करती है। भाषावाद भी राष्ट्रीय एकता को विकसित होने में बाधक होता है, क्योंकि लोग भाषा के आधार पर राज्यों की सीमा बनाने की माँग करते हैं।

भारत में भौगोलिक भिन्नता के आधार पर अनेक क्षेत्र है। अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के प्रति निष्ठा और दूसरे क्षेत्र के प्रति घृणा की भावना, क्षेत्रीयता की भावना कहलाती है। अतः विभिन्न राष्ट्रीय एकता में बाधक। उच्च जाति के लोगों और हरिजनों के बीच होने वाले संघर्ष जातिवाद के ही परिणाम हैं। इस प्रकार साम्प्रदायिकता, भाषावाद, क्षेत्रीयता की भावना और जातिवाद हमारी राष्ट्रीय एकता के हमें शत्रु है। ये किसी भी देश की खुशहाली में बाधक बनते है , इस का होना मतलब देश बर्बादी का होना तय है।

3- Inhibiting elements of national unity:- 73 years have passed since we became independent, but even today we are not fully bound in the formula of national unity. Communalism, linguism, regionalism, casteism, terrorism are such elements in our country, through which the spirit of national unity is being hindered. There are people of many sects living in the country, who consider themselves different and superior from each other. They fight with each other over petty things. Sometimes their fight takes a very fierce form and disturbs the normal life. This type of communal feeling breaks the national unity. Linguism also hinders the development of national unity, because people demand to create boundaries of states on the basis of language.
India has many regions on the basis of geographical variation. The feeling of loyalty towards one's region and hatred towards another region is called the feeling of regionalism. Hence various obstacles in national integration. The conflicts between upper caste people and Harijans are the result of casteism. Thus communalism, linguism, feeling of regionalism and casteism are enemies of our national unity. It becomes a hindrance in the prosperity of any country, its existence means that the country is bound to be ruined.

4- राष्ट्रीय एकता के पोषक तत्व:- देश की सुरक्षा और विकास के लिए राष्ट्रीय एकता बहुत आवश्यक है। अतः हमें राष्ट्रीय एकता के पोषक तत्वों की ओर ध्यान देना चाहिए। राष्ट्रीय एकता के पोषक तत्वों में नागरिकता, एक राष्ट्रभाषा, संविधान, राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक, राष्ट्रीय पर्व, सामाजिक समानता आदि प्रमुख हैं। इन तत्वों से लोगों में विद्वेष की भावना समाप्त होती है और राष्ट्रीय एकता को बल मिलता है। महापुरुषों के उपवचनों का पालन भी राष्ट्रीय एकता को पोषित और पुष्ट करता है।

4- Nutrients of National Integration: - National unity is very necessary for the security and development of the country. Therefore, we should pay attention to the nutrients of national unity. Citizenship, a national language, constitution, national emblem, national festival, social equality etc. are prominent among the nutrients of national unity. These elements end the feeling of animosity among the people and strengthen the national unity. The observance of the teachings of great men also nurtures and strengthens national unity.

A- रास्ट्र को एकजुट करने:-राष्ट्रीय एकता की वजह से विभिन्न जाति-धर्म के के लोगों को एकजुट करने में मदद मिलती है। जो पूरे देश को एकजुट करता है। जिसकी मदद से देश विकास के मामले में बहुत ज्यादा मजबूत हो जाता है और बो अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक शक्तिशाली देश बन जाता है।

A- Uniting the Rastra:- National unity helps to unite people of different caste-religion. Which unites the whole country. With the help of which the country becomes very strong in terms of development and Bo becomes a powerful country at the international level.
B- सामाजिक सद्वाव को बढ़ावा देना:- राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण की वजह से से देश के सभी लोगों में सामाजिक सद्वाव निर्माण होता है। जो लोगों के बीच सामाजिक एकजुटता को मजबूत करता है। जिससे सभी लोगों के बीच भाईचारे, शांति सहिष्णुता की भावना का निर्माण होता है।

B- Promoting social harmony: - Due to national integration, social harmony is created among all the people of the country. Which strengthens social cohesion among people. Due to which the spirit of brotherhood, peace and tolerance is created among all the people.
C-आर्थिक विकास में मददगार:- राष्ट्रीय एकता की वजह से लोग आर्थिक रूप से निर्भर होते हैं, जिसकी वजह से देश का आर्थिक विकास बहुत तेजी से होता है। इस वजह से देश की आर्थिक समस्या कम हो जाती है, इस कारण से वो देश हमेशा संवृद्धि और विकसित होता है।

C - Helpful in economic development: - Due to national unity, people are financially dependent, due to which the economic development of the country is very fast. Because of this, the economic problem of the country is reduced, due to this the country always grows and develops.
6- आधुनिक भारत में राष्ट्रीय एकता:-इस युग में राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। जिससे राष्ट्रीय एकता के सामने क्षेत्रवाद, भाषावाद, जातिवाद जैसी अनेक चुनौतियां हैं, जिसमें वैश्विक आतंकवाद की समस्या देश में विकसित होती है।
इस आधुनिक युग में तकनीक प्रगति और सोशल मीडिया की पहुंच से किसी भी धर्म के नाम पर छल करना बहुत आसान है। लेकिन राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण इन स्थितियों को अनदेखा करने में मदद करता है। यह लोगों को बौद्धिक रूप से परिपक्व और सहनशील बनाता है।

In this modern era with the advancement of technology and the reach of social media, it is very easy to cheat in the name of any religion. But national integration helps to ignore these situations. It makes people intellectually mature and tolerant.
7-राष्ट्रीय एकता को बढ़ावा:-राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण किसी भी देश के विकास के लिए जरूरी है। जिसके लिए देश के हर नागरिक के अंदर राष्ट्रीय एकता को जगाना होगा। अपने देश के सभी वर्गों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना होगा और उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से निर्भर बनाना होगा, जिसकी बजह से राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण को बढ़ावा मिल सकता है।

If the people of any country become economically dependent, then it will help in promoting the integrity of the country. Which will be one of the most important contribution promoting the spirit of national integration.
These tolerance, respect of other castes or religions also support to promote national integrity. Education helps to inculcate a sense of social and cultural unity.
8-राष्ट्रीय एकता के उद्देश्य:- राष्ट्रीय एकता किसी भी देश के सभी लोगों के लिए एक बेहतर जीवन प्रदान करता है। जिससे लोग अपने जीवन में अधिक विकास कर सकते हैं। राष्ट्रीय एकता की बजह से भारत जैसे विविधता और बहुभाषी देश को एकजुट करने में मदद मिलती है। जहाँ के सारी सास्कृतियाँ और परंपरा वाले लोग निवास करते हैं।
क्योंकि राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण का उद्देश्य यही होता है कि समुदायों, समाजों और लोगों के बीच भाईचारे की भावना को बढ़ावा देना। राष्ट्रीय एकता का एक और उद्देश्य यह भी है कि देश की स्थिरता को बनाये रखना, जिससे देश का सम्पूर्ण विकास नुदा हुआ है। राष्ट्रीय एकता की मदद से देश में पनपे जातिवाद, क्षेत्रवाद, भाषावाद का अंत करना।
क्योंकि यह लोगो को इसके विरुद्ध संघर्ष में मदद करता है। राष्ट्रीय एकता राष्ट्र के प्रति वफादारी और भाईचारे की भावना में सुधार करती है। यह किसी भी राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल के मामले में लोगों को एकजुट करता है।

9-उपसंहार:- भारत एक स्वतंत्र राष्ट्र है। अतः इसके विकास व उन्नति के लिए आवश्यक हैकि हम छोटी-छोटी बातों को लेकर संघर्ष ना करें। इसके लिए हमारी सरकार को राष्ट्रीय एकता के बाधक तत्वों को नष्ट करने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए। देश के हर नागरिक को अपने हृदय में यह भावना जागृत करनी चाहिए कि हम सब पहले भारतीय हैं, इसके बाद पंजाबी, बंगाली, गुजराती, मद्रासी आदि हैं।इस भावना से ही हम विश्व के अन्य राष्ट्रों में अपना गौरवपूर्ण स्थान बना सकते हैं।

9-Epilogue:- India is an independent nation. Therefore, for its development and progress, it is necessary that we should not fight over small things. For this our government should try to destroy the elements which are obstructing the national unity. Every citizen of the country should inculcate this feeling in his heart that we are all Indian first, followed by Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Madrasi etc. Only by this feeling we can make our proud place among other nations of the world.
